"This property was okay. It was terrible weather (which I don’t blame the hotel for at all). But the beach had rubbish washed up on the shore and the undercover areas were all slippery as they didn’t have great drainage from the rain. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel experience. I get it’s a developing country but I’ve had better hotel experiences in Vietnam for example. I’m sure the pool area etc. would make up for any short comings had we had nice weather."

"We had an amazing stay here. The room was huge, we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was perfect with two young kids. Also so nice that it had a washer and dryer in the room free of charge. Our kids loved going to the kids club and they were able to stay as long as they wanted. Food is good at the Zest restaurant, mini golf was fun and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely come back again next time we visit Phuket! "
