"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "Had a very pleasant stay at Ban Por Jai. Everything in the room was great and the location was excellent near the beach and a lot of restaurants. Friendly staff, Sata who was working in the evening was very helpful whenever anything needed to be fixed. Will stay here again whenever I return "

"Excellent little self contained flat. We loved having a small kitchen to cook some things and save money. Great having lots of surface space, a little balcony and eveything clean. It is very difficult to find this place however, as there is no signs and no advance instructions from the hosts, so this is a little stressful. It is just behind a nail salon, having to go down the side of a house. Also needs some structural work. Would recommended though as great value for money and easy 5-10 min...

"The owner, his wife and the staffs are super friendly, helpful and humble. I am not a cat lover but even their cat is welcoming and friendly as a dog, that is amazing. I can no help falling in love with this cute and fat cat. The location is just perfect to go everywhere. The beach, just a few minutes by walking. The rooms are super clean as 5 stars. As a hostel owner, I would highly recommend Lanta Noblesse."

"We we’re in koh lanta 10 days so we decided to book 5 nights at la chambre and then find another hotel. Upon our arrival, the general manager was nice but didn’t really speak english. When we got to our room it looked "nice" but it was actually really filthy there was literally webs hanging from everywhere on the ceilings and the walls are full of stains. Anyways we paid about 29$ for that hotel room so that’s not that bad but there was also a lot of ants everywhere so you could not leave food...

SAii Phi Phi Island Village

10/10 Excellent

"Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly. They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair. We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat! Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water. "
