A beachfront hotel with no beach! The hotel is lovely, with exceptional staff, a beautiful swimming pool and a great breakfast buffet. But there is no beach, despite it presenting the hotel as beachfront. The room was comfortable but lacked any decoration..it could use a piece of artwork.

Suggestion for future guests: lower your expectations. This is not a high-end resort. We stayed 3 nights in their beachfront, private pool room (highest category). Room issues: bathroom smelled like a sewer (they hide it with scented candles), bathroom sink leaded everywhere (they fixed within the hour), toilet drips constantly. Resort issues: there is no beach to speak of here, as the resort is built at the waterline. The location of the resort on Nana Beach is bad, there is nothing close by. The beach itself is disgusting, we even found syringes in the sand. The resort has “service charges” at every corner (so beware), this is not a great feeling when you’re basically forced to eat/drink at the resort. The resort offers experiences, like rum tasting and pizza making, but these were fully booked for the whole stay well before we even got a chance to take part. Ultimately disappointing. Staff member B said she would do all she could to make an exception and allow us one experience, but ultimately never got back in touch. The one request I had prior to arrival was no feather pillows in the room (I’m highly allergic), and the resort confirmed this months prior, but upon checking in, the room had feather pillows. The staff honestly don’t care. So basically: bad sleep, bad location, bad experience. Positives: beautiful gardens, lovely breakfast. I’ll stay closer to Fisherman’s Village next time.

Benz, Belinda and Bee all made my 1 week stay there memorable. I truly enjoyed the service from all of them. Wonderful room with a sea view was so relaxing. Love the adults only aspect. Suggestions for improvement: had to ask a few times fo the towels in the gym to be refilled, provide healthier and more flavorful vegan options.

Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel war sehr gut. Schöner Empfang, eine schöne Anlage und ansprechende Zimmer. Allerdings ist es in den Zimmern extrem laut – man fühlt sich, als würde man in einer Bahnhofshalle schlafen. Zusätzlich hört man jedes Geräusch aus den angrenzenden Zimmern, die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich. Zum Abendessen waren wir einmal Pizza essen, diese war sehr gut. Am nächsten Abend bestellten wir Burger und Pasta Bolognese – diese Gerichte waren leider schrecklich. Jeder aufgewärmte Burger aus dem 7/11 schmeckt besser. Auch die Nudeln waren offensichtlich nicht frisch. Dem Personal schien bewusst zu sein, dass die Gerichte schlecht waren, denn sie brachten die Rechnung kommentarlos und fragten nicht – wie sonst üblich – nach unserer Zufriedenheit.

Hervorzuheben ist das unfassbar freundliche Personal. Die Anlage hat einen guten Standard und ist sehr gepflegt. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es dafür, dass es keine liegen direkt am Strand gibt, lediglich auf einem aufgeschütteten Bereich. Der ist zwar sehr schön gemacht, ersetzt aber keine direkte Strandlage (jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau an dieser Stelle)

Ein sehr schönes luxuriöses ruhig gelegenes Erwachsenenhotel etwas weiter von der Straße und Zivilisation entfernt, direkt am Meer. Unsere Strandvilla hatte einen Pool und eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Bett hat eine super bequeme Matratze, wo man wie auf den Wolken schläft. Leider hat eine intensive Recherche nicht den Hersteller der Matratze aufdecken können, sonst hätten wir uns so eine für Zuhause bestellt. Der ganze Inhalt der Minibar ist ein Mal pro Aufenthalt inklusive und das Wasser wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Amazon Fire Tv Stick gibt es auf Anfrage und wurde bei uns sofort installiert. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr gut und kommt zwei mal am Tag. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und sehr lecker. Von thailändischen Gerichten bis zum Gebäck, frische Kokosnüsse und Obst, Säfte und Sekt. Alle möglichen Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen- alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal in dem Hotel bedarf eines sehr großen Lobes. Angefangen von der Rezeption, die Fahrer, das Frühstückspersonal bis zur Garten- oder Poolreinigung - einfach nur WOW! Sehr freundlich, sehr gut englisch sprechend, nett und bemüht, selten so ein super Team gesehen! Vielen Dank dafür! Das Hotel bietet jeden Tag einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Fishermanns Market. Montag und Freitag drei mal hin und zurück, an anderen Tagen ein Mal. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel! Sehr gerne wieder.

Smukke omgivelser, utrolig lækker mad, fantastisk serviceminded personale, lå rigtig godt, fede aktiviteter på hotellet med bl.a. pizza kursus, thailandsk madlavnings kursus mm. 10/10 oplevelse. På vejen mod hotellet lå der også en så dygtig tailor - Maxi Tailor Samui. Der fik både min kæreste og jeg lavet det lækreste tøj! Tog ham 1-2 dage, og havde nogle af tingene klar dagen efter! Så dygtig og min kæreste kom hjem med de flotteste jakkesæt i så flotte kvaliteter! Klart et besøg værd, hvis man overnatter på det dejlige hotel.
