Modern stylish holiday home located in resort style community next to Fishermans village offers access to the 400 sqm swimming pool, sauna and fitness center.

It is located within a 3-minutes walk from the beach, 15-minute walk of Bo Phut Beach Pier and Fisherman's VilIage. BoPhut Beach and Bangrak Beach are also within 1 mi (2 km). Chaweng is 10 minutes away by taxi or motorbike.

THE SPACE:

On the first floor:

On the 2nd floor:

- Master bedroom with with a king bed, 42'' LCD TV, dressing room and private bathroom.

- 2nd bedroom with a king size bed.

- 3nd bedroom with a queen size bed.

Every bedroom has air condition, LCD TV with media player and international channels. 2nd and 3rd bedroom shares a bathroom.

It is located near the sea, within a 15-minute walk of Bo Phut Beach Pier and Fisherman's VilIage. BoPhut Beach and Bangrak Beach are also within 1 mi (2 km). Chaweng is 15 minutes away by taxi or motorbike.

LOCATION:

Our resort is in a great location, right between Fisherman's Village and Bangrak beach. It's a great part of the island to be on because you're only minutes from everything but it's still a nice quiet spot.

There's a nice walking/fishing beach right across the street and the best swimming beaches are only minutes away (see the list below).

DRIVING TIME TO NEARBY BEACHES:

Fisherman's Village - 3 minutes
Bangrak / Big Buddha beach - 3 minutes
Choengmon beach - 10 minutes
Chaweng beach - 15 minutes

Our resort is fine for everyone from families and couples seeking a fun resort to relax at, it's quiet enough so you can get a good sleep at night. Tourist hubs and night life are only a short drive away.

HOUSE RULES

ABSOLUTELY no deep frying.

If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.

No smoking inside the unit. Smoking outside on the balconies, patio is available.

Due to guest allergies & furnishings, pets are not allowed at this property

Shoes off in house would be appreciated. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in kitchen

Return all keys.

Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests (7 Baht 0.12USD per kwatt).

We booked our holiday a long way in advance and we were in continual contact with our host maxim. He was very attentive and arranged for our airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Which was really nice. The house was nice clean with all mod cons. But the data lite only had 1/2 English speaking channels. But that was quite good in the end as the kids had to talk and play board games. As a host maxim was very attentive and responsive. He organised car hire for us, which was at a good price, he advised us on where to go and prices. This made the holiday really fun. Also when we had a broken toilet seat, he was around traight away to fix it. Maids came in every few day to clean and change towels which was nice. The only slight down side is that the closet beach. Our end of the beach wasn't the best for swimming, but a short 10 min walk or 2 min drive it was really nice. We spent a lot of time at the ivy. Although a little more expensive than other bars but the service, food and drinks were great. We spent 3 weeks here and really enjoyed exploring the island. A car was a must for us and the island is very easy to get around. The host was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was fantastic!! Its in a quiet area. Very suitable for family's and relaxing. The Host Mr. Maxim was very helpful and provided us with great tips on what to do and what restaurants to visit. He also arranged transportation to and from the port. Highly recommended!!
