Undoubtedly, the pi ce de r sistance of the villa is its three-level swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Comprising a 12.83-metre main pool, 17.96-metre reflection pool and kiddie s pool, you re guaranteed an unforgettable family time. Unwind in the indoor private spa, equipped with massage beds and an inviting jacuzzi. Burn off extra calories in the state-of-the-art fitness studio. Enjoy a bounty of activities like beach volleyball, kayaking and BBQ with friends.

Step indoors and you re greeted with a zen living area. Glossy wooden furnishing, airy spaces and large slatted doors opening onto a leafy, tropical garden create a feeling of solitude and relaxation. After a long day on the beach, tuck into the media room and watch your favourite shows on a 85-inch TV, with surround sound. Other indoor activities include a table tennis, mahjong table, board games and theatre room.

Savour daily American, Continental or Asian breakfast, prepared by your very own private chef. The kitchen is modern and spacious, with a coffee maker and wide variety of teas. Kids will love the Japanese shaved ice cream maker, while adults make most of the minibar and wine fridge.

The master bedroom (a.k.a Umi/ Ocean), is located on the first floor, with a private balcony and beach-facing views. Accommodating 4 guests, it houses a king-size and two single beds located upstairs in a mezzanine. Also on the first floor, the Mizu/Water room contains two single beds, convertible to a king-size bed, and overlooks the pool, garden and spa. On the same floor, the beach-facing Kokoro/Heart room features a king-size bed and private terrace with two sun loungers. It has an attached smaller adjacent bedroom with a single bed. The Sora or Sky room is located on the second floor, complete with a king-size bed, private balcony and ocean views.

Finally, on a private floor in the Main Atrium is the Raku or Joy room. In addition to a private balcony, it has a king-size bed and loft space with two single futon mattresses. All bedrooms are equipped with comfy work desks, 42-inch televisions, security safe, mini bar, and a Nespresso Capsule Coffee Machine, to name a few. are also provided. More recently, a sixth room, Yume or Dream room, has been built on the first floor. This pool view room has a king-size bed, and is the only one with a daybed. On top of this, it has a mini-living room with one single sofa, one lounge chair, and a coffee table.

The villa promises exclusivity and undivided care through its personalised service, which includes a dedicated villa manager and concierge team, an in-house chef, a professional masseuse and night-time security. Other benefits include airport transfers and daily maid service.
