Location of property is good, walking distance and Sunday Lamar Street markets nearby. Two small issues; 1. Tiny ants everywhere; sinks, closet , dresser even on my bed sometimes. 2. Sink has debris when have water running. I had it run for hours then stopped and repeat over and over for few hours at the time. Overal, pretty good.

I’d liked the area. It’s close to everything. Staffs, cleaners are super friendly. Great welcome. Only two small problems; Ants all over sink, bed and dresser & closet. Faucet water is very dirty with debris. We had faucet running for all day/all night, it gets better for short time then it comes back with debris again.

Ich war schon einige Male im Samui Laguna Resort und stets zufrieden. An der Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat sich nichts geändert. Leider ebenso wenig an der Einrichtung der Zimmer, die wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Fleckige Kissenbezüge auf klumpigem Kissen und ein Bett, welches dem Komfort einer Schlafcouch ähnelt und bei dem jede Feder zu spüren ist. Der Duschstrahl in unserm Zimmer hat es nicht erlaubt, dass meine Freundin sich ihre Haare waschen kann. Nach der Reklamation wurde bestmöglich versucht die Dinge zu lösen. Fazit: Personal super, Modernisierung dringend erforderlich.

말이 안됨

굉장히 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 오래된 리조트이긴 한데요, 오래되어도 잘만 관리되어 있으면 오히려 흥미롭고 좋아하는 편입니다만, 이 리조트는 오래된 데다가 관리가 하나도 안되있는 곳이었어요. 모든 것이 망가지고 곰팡이 쓸고 먼지 쌓이고 얼룩진 것들 뿐입니다. 너무 말이 안되서 하나하나 사진으로 찍어두려고 했으나 휴가때 기분만 더 우울해져서 포기했습니다. 절대로 3만 얼마를 주고 묵는 리조트에서 과한 기대를 했다고 생각하지 않습니다. 그냥 아주 기본적인 청결이나 뭔가 사람의 손에 관리되어 있는 방에 손님으로 묵는 그 정도의 기대만 했을 뿐인데도 정말 심각한 상태의 이 리조트에 대실망했습니다. 절대로 피하세요! 여기는 아닙니다!!!

När vi anlände till receptionen sa vi att det här ser bra ut vilket släppte när vi såg rummet, först air-con som inte fungerade så dom skulle fixa vilket gjorde att vi fick sitta utanför och vänta u ca 40 min, efter fungerade den hjälpligt. Rummet var skitigt madrasserna äckliga , efter 2 dagar med klagomål fick vi nog och sa till att vi ville ha pengarna tillbaka för resterande dagar . Fick och bytte hotell kan inte rekomendera detta till någon

Als je niet veel verwacht, kan je hier met gemak 9 dagen doorbrengen, vooral in de huisjes, losstaand, dichtbij de zee. Toen ik aankwam begon het laagseizoen, eerste 2 dagen alleen maar regen, en een wilde zee, wat een lichtslaper wakker kan houden. Ook heerlijk als je de regen hoort vallen op je dak. Op je eigen patio kun je nog lekker overdekt zitten en verder genieten en roken. Gehele hotel is sterk verouderd, kamers, receptie, gangen.... Zwembad is ok. Hotel ligt aan een normaal drukke weg, maar het is laagseizoen... Zoals altijd en bijna overal in Thailand, veel, straten lang massagesalons... Goede restaurants in de buurt. Hotelrestaurant ligt aan het strand, maar hier at ik alleen internationale gerechten als ik daar trek in had. Voor Thai's eten at ik "op straat". Receptie personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen vraag ik me nog steeds af waarom de shuttle chauffeur maar 20-30 minuten had gewacht op de kleine luchthaven.... Als er meerdere vluchten internationale aankomen, is de douane ruimte te klein, zeker als het regent... Dus daarom vertrok de chauffeur, omdat het te lang duurde. Was in de avond rond 21:00 uur. Maar een simkaart verkoper was zo vriendelijk geweest om het hotel te bellen en kreeg te horen dat ik maar een taxi moest nemen.... Kamer wordt redelijk tot slecht schoongemaakt. Vergeet niet dat wanneer je een brommer/motor huurt, er géén verzekering in zit!!

Nettop hatt et 9 dagers opphold her. På badet fungerte hverken dusj eller toalett. Kom nesten ikke vann så tok evigheter å dusje. Rommet var skittent fra dag en. Vi fikk byttet rom men opplevde det samme igjen. Internett fungerte kun ved resepsjonen. Beliggenheten var det positive. Syntes 3 stjerner på dette hotellet er ihvertfall en for mye

I liked the location and access to the beach. I didnt like trying to put me into a different room than what I payed for right next to the Bar and Restaurant. They eventually changed my room but it wasnt done under friiendly pretenses.

En trivsam novembermånad

Trevligt hotell med Strandvägen och egen ren o fin swimmingpool vilket är skönt när de är höga vågor tilltalade mig. Hotellet byggt i olika vinklar med omgivande gröna växter. Trevlig personal och daglig städning vilken utförs smidigt när man inte är på rummet. Bra internet. Nära gym, affärer, restauranger vilket jag kan rekommendera hotellets egen vid stranden. Bra service vid stranden med solsängar, mat o förfriskningar samt massage. Bodde här en månad och kan tänka mig återkomma.

ラマイビーチの端の方にあるホテル。しかしラマイビーチならどこでも歩いて行けるので不便は感じない。プールはなぜか深いところは3mもあるのだが子供でも使える。スタッフはいつも笑顔を絶やさずとても感じが良かった。値段以上のホテルだと思う。

Lage ist ideal

Die Hotel Lage ist ideal. Sehr zentral gelegen und mit Fuß in Lamai alles zu erreichen. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist mangelhaft. Schimmel im Kühlschrank und Vorhängen. Personal ist sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit.

The location in Lamai is excellent. It’s steps from the beach, there are plenty of restaurants and night life is in walking distance. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and they were very accommodating. The room could use some updating, but it didn’t bother me at all. I spent so little time in the room it didn’t matter. For the price, this place is great and I prefer it to the other larger resorts in the area.
