"We were in bungalow #47, which is surrounded by trashes and dirt. We had the feeling being in a recycling center ! The sink was totally clogged. Last but not least, the personnel at the front office were totally unfriendly, in particular what seems to be the manager of the resort (other staff out of the front office was nice). "Amazing beautiful spot in Shark Bay. We stayed many years ago as well but in the beach club. The only issue we had was we paid extra for the Beach Villa, they let Day guests into the resort & the unit style Beach club people come & sit right in front of your beach view. I know 1st world problems but people don't care and "
