Best possible location

Best possible location, nice pool, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant at the beach. The bed was unfortunately very very hard so I had difficulties to sleep. Everything else was perfect but bed is quite a major thing

We stayed at the resort as a couple for 6 nights and had booked a standard studio. Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The positives were: the location next to the beach and the transfer service. Just a few of our negative impressions: - There is an extremely musty/damp smell in the room... the 13 year old air conditioning only makes it worse. Questionable whether and how often it was serviced. - 2 times a day garbage is burned next door and it smells terrible. Since you can't close the windows in the bathroom, the smell wafts in. Around 5 pm it is always particularly bad, maybe it is also due to the location of our room (No. 23). - Generally very old and tasteless furnishings in the room - The shower head does not hold - Water pressure in the shower fluctuates extremely - Water temperature also fluctuates. It is either boiling hot or freezing cold. Temperature control does not work. - besides that ...You don't even want to see the ants as a point of criticism anymore - The outside staircase to the 2nd floor is without railings We complained to the service about some of the problems and they took action, but nothing changed during our stay. Only the low price and the location made the stay bearable. However, the staff were nice and the restaurant right by the sea is good value. However, the hygiene there also leaves a lot to be desired. We will definitely never come back to the "resort".

We visited with our family 2 adults + 5 children in the In Touch resort deluxe rooms. We found the deluxe rooms as very clean, comfortable and well decorated. In Touch resort located in the heart of Sariee beach, The main beach in Koh Tao and from my opinion the most beautiful in Koh Tao… especially during sunset. In Touch Resort having an excellence restaurant, with a unique location on the beach, with a great food tastes and fair prices. Suchana is the In Touch Resort owner and general manager. Suchana gave us the best service from the first minute. Suchana willing to help in any issue. In the third day our son had a fever. She came to our room with a special Thai soup, she took a wet towel and chilled his body, Suchana behave to our son like her son. In the last night the fever of our son continued, We asked Suchana at midnight to precede our ferry to Samui to 6 AM in order to get as soon as possible to Samui hospital. At midnight she did everything she can, she changed the ferry tickets, called the taxi driver. She waked up early at 5 AM in order to help us, and she even brought some fruits to our son before leaving. After we left Koh Tao, Suchana called the hospital in Samui to check how are son is filling. Thanks god, he felt better after all. After staying in the In Touch resort we better understand why this place received a fabulous rate by reviewers. In Touch resort is definitely fabulous. Thank you Suchana and In Touch resort team. Basic but clean room in great location. It’s a 2 star hotel so perfectly adequate accommodation for the price. Rooms cleaned daily. Swimming pool is a plus. In touch restaurant was great to eat at and had amazing sunset views. Only criticism was that the staff at the restaurant/hotel weren’t very friendly. Minimal smiling - unlike any other parts of Thailand that we visited. But their food was great and prices were good and the hotel served its purposes for a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Koh Tao

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad hat mit Lüftung etwas modrig gerochen, haben diese dann aber einfach nicht eingeschalten. Neuer Pool wurde eröffnet, Personal sehr freundlich. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Hafen. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung

La chambre eSt grande et bien décorée. De plus la résidence est très calme. L’hôtel est très bien placé à l’entrée de Sairee et sa plage. Manqueque la piscine ce qui devrait être réglé car des travaux ont commencé (anciens bungalows rasés pour laisser la place à des nouveaux er une piscine)

Yövyin neljä yötä bungalowissa josta oli rantaan 30metriä. Sijainti Sairee Beachin päädyssä joka rauhallisempi ja todella kaunis ranta. Kaikki palvelut kuitenkin vieressä joten sijainti täydellinen. Myös Suomalainen Koh Tao Divers aivan vieressä jos haluaa lähteä sukeltamaan, jota suosittelen. Hotellilta pystyy myös varaamaan snorklausreissuja ja lippuja lautoille lähisaarille. Ravintola rannassa jossa todella viihtyisä terassi. Ruuassa hieman parantamisen varaa. Vastaanotto erittäin ystävällinen. Suosittelen !!

Albergo grazioso attenzione alle camere superior

Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior ed abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra per avere una camera migliore.... era sporca nel senso che entravano animali e le pareti erano scrostate. Una volta cambiata la camera tutto ok, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni e buona pulizia. Quindi non prenotate la superior pensando al senso della parola perché non rispetta gli standard andate ad un livello superiore di camera! Sairee beach non è male ma ci sono spiagge migliori se volete stare fermi al mare, se vi piace girare è un buon punto di partenza per le barche e motorini ( attenzione abbiamo visto molte persone ferite da cadute) per girare l’isola.

Sul sito non ho avuto possibilità di scegliere i comfort della stanza e arrivati lì, mi hanno detto che c'erano dei sovrapprezzi non specificati nel sito. Mi sono sentita presa in giro. Ad averlo saputo prima, avrei prenotato da un'altra parte. Non lo consiglio

Ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει .

Μείναμε στον 2 όροφο σε ένα ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με θέα θαλασσα, και τις ασχημες στεγες των bungalows, οχι πολύ καθαρό και ακριβό γι'αυτά που προσφέρει το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο.Tip:Mην πάτε στο beach bar του ξενοδοχείου είναι όλα ανοστα
