"The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town.
We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we dropped our bags off & came back at 4pm. Which has already been relayed to the manager & would not stop us returning. The check in time is probably the only downside to the hotel to be honest, as it isn't near enough to the town center that you can walk it & as check out is 11am & seeing the rooms i fail to believe it takes 5hrs to clean the room....therefore check in should be a lot earlier or at least flexible."
"Incredible property for the price with all the amenities you could need. Felt like home but on holiday, its also 1 bus and a small walk away from the old town!"
"I paid very little for a standard room with breakfast included so was very pleased with what we received. The room is very small but I knew that would be the case. The bathroom and in particular the shower was excellent . You have to request the cleaning service but this was made clear both at check in and in a flyer on the bed - the system worked well for us.
Breakfast was ok , nothing special but meant we didn’t have to find a cafe ( none were nearby and it was around a 10-15 minute walk to the old town where there were cafes etc) . If you don’t have breakfast included then there’s a few odd things to buy in reception ( like porridge) & a coffee machine
A comfortable hotel in a great location. Would stay again should we return to Tallinn "
"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "
"We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. The hotel owners support Ukraine,at the beginning of the war in Ukraine they gave shelter to thousands of Ukrainians. Thank you for that. I will recommend the hotel to my friends"
