"This hotel lived up to the "mountain view" part of the name really well, not so much the resort/spa part. It had very friendly staff but they were overworked and somewhat ineffective, partly due to a large tour group festival in the grounds that coincided with our stay. The restaurant food and service was very good the first night but more limited, much delayed and less tasty the second. The room was large but too warm, with no aircon remote - when I requested one I was told "it's only used for...
