Pros: Its clean, nice staffs, great service and good location. Cons :The room is super tiny and there is only one elevator, no stairs. You have to wait for elevator while when its busy time.

Room is huge by Japan standard, a great resort feel. Did not used the Pool. The staffs were really helpful and quite observant!
