"A lovely villa that could offer so much more with a little TLC. Advertised as having oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher had none of these. Very basic kitchen with a fridge freezer and hob. Issue with water at the villa - on three occasions we had no running water from 9pm until the next morning. Electrics kept tripping too. Curtains didn’t meet and so the beautiful early morning sunshine woke up my chils so ended up all having to sleep in the one bedroom in a double bed. TV needed a pin and...

"It is a spacious house with everything you need. Pool is a good size. Views are excellent. Much better than the photos. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Easy to be there with a group. Kefalonia is a gorgeous island. We had never been to it before— many five star beaches and no end to restaurants."

He reached out after we booked our stay and helped us organize a car rental and other activities which made planning our trip in Zakynthos so much easier! There's a lot of cool stuff to do but the view was so beautiful we almost didn't want to leave our suite! We can't recommend a stay here enough!"

"We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. "A spectacular modern apartment overlooking the south coast of the wonderful island of Kefalonia. We had all that you could wish for from this villa. Our host, Nikos, was really welcoming giving us local recommendations, showing us around the villa and gave us 24hr contact info. We even got a gift of local wines and delicacies as a birthday treat. I can not recommend this place highly enough. A great place to stay!"

"Absolutely stunning villa. Host is very amenable and kept in contact throughout our stay. Anne met us at the car hire office and showed us where the villa was. The villa was spotless, clean and there was a welcome pack for us. Great holiday, thank you."

"A fantastic villa in a beautiful setting, the back drop has the wow factor!! Very well managed, Rosana is there for anything you need from booking excursions to taxi’s etc, she also owns a restaurant down in Sami be sure to check it out for brunches & evening cocktails! Maria is the daily maintenance lady & she is lovely too very good at keeping the place in order and always made us laugh. So glad we found this place & we will definitely return."
