"A lovely villa that could offer so much more with a little TLC. Advertised as having oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher had none of these. Very basic kitchen with a fridge freezer and hob. Issue with water at the villa - on three occasions we had no running water from 9pm until the next morning. Electrics kept tripping too. Curtains didn’t meet and so the beautiful early morning sunshine woke up my chils so ended up all having to sleep in the one bedroom in a double bed. TV needed a pin and...

"We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. "A spectacular modern apartment overlooking the south coast of the wonderful island of Kefalonia. We had all that you could wish for from this villa. Our host, Nikos, was really welcoming giving us local recommendations, showing us around the villa and gave us 24hr contact info. We even got a gift of local wines and delicacies as a birthday treat. I can not recommend this place highly enough. A great place to stay!"

"This villa was incredible for my family and I to stay in. It had everything we needed, was private, safe and quiet. It was built incredibly well with modern fixtures and finishes. There was heaps of space for the kids to run around - and the pool area was a wonderful place to sit and relax with a view of the water and local Sami village. "The property has phenomenal views across the south coast of the island and the sunsets are magical. John and Claire are the kindest and most helpful hosts we have ever come across. The villa is very well appointed and furnished and set in a hidden location. A car is essential if staying here and you have to manage the steep descent to the villa although you can park at the top if you don't fancy the descent. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa. "
