"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.
We arrived at around 9:00 AM after a long journey. Since we arrived early, I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast, but my request was refused. I then asked about early check-in and was told to come back after 12:00 PM.
When I returned at 12:30 PM, I was informed that I could check in only if I paid an additional €25 for early check-in, even though the room was clearly already available. While the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, charging extra when a room is ready and available does not feel customer-friendly.
I also explained the situation to Michael and the manager, Johny. The manager listened to my concerns and promised to find a solution, but no solution was ever provided.
The room itself lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning and a refrigerator. In addition, during my stay there was no room cleaning service and the towels were not replaced, which is unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel.
Overall, after a long trip, I was denied breakfast, charged an extra €25 for early check-in, stayed in a room without basic amenities, and received no housekeeping service or fresh towels. This experience left a very negative impression of the hotel and its customer service.
I would not recommend this hotel and hope the management improves its service, hospitality, and attention to guests in the future."
