The Grand Hyatt staff did an amazing job during our stay - from Tom, the concierge who planned our tours to the entire hotel team, they provided excellent service and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time. Our ocean view room was perfect and very private and we loved the onsite restaurants. We would definitely return! The resort location is perfect.

Lovely property! Looks like some of the common area like elevators could be updated. Room was regularly cleaned and food and drinks were good. Best views of the skies at night while sitting on the beach.

I’ve been going to Kauai for the past eight years. This had to be one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at. Everybody was so friendly. All the restaurants were so good overall everything was an amazing experience.

What a beautiful property. Very friendly staff, beautiful accommodations. But the staff was was pleasurable and wonderful dining options. Beautiful grounds. It’s the type of vacation where you could just stay out and relax in luxury.

Very large property, lots of options for swimming. Staff was very helpful and friendly despite a snafu with our reservation via Expedia. Breakfast buffet advance purchase is advised. Room was clean and comfortable with great streaming options to TV.

Guest rooms are ridiculously outdated and old. The lobby and grounds are beautiful. The room was a major disappointment. The first room we had to move from because of the overwhelming smell of mold.
