This unique flat is located in an excellent location close to Kolobrzeg's harbour on Towarowa Street. The surrounding area provides easy access to the commercial and service infrastructure and to all the tourist attractions of the city. Kołobrzeg's seaside climate is conducive to regeneration, and the clean air rich in iodine ensures improved health and well-being. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about a 5-minute walk. In addition to its natural beauty, the area abounds in attractions typical of seaside towns. Restaurants offering seafood specialities and a menu of international and Polish cuisine can be found in the area. While in Kołobrzeg, it is worth visiting its biggest attractions, such as the pier (750 m), the Museum of Wax Figures (650 m) or the Lighthouse (260 m). Sailing enthusiasts, within a dozen or so minutes' drive, will find the Marina Solna - a sailing marina, the Kołobrzeg Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era patrol submarine with an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility to visit the deck) and the Piracy Museum.
