Der Spa Bereich, das Frühstück und die Lage in erster Linie zum Strand haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Klar ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht hier und da deutliche Nutzungsspuren, aber es war alles sauber und hygienisch. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich und man kann einen Kurzurlaub rundum versorgt in der Anlage verbringen. Es gibt ein umfangreiches Kinderprogramm und Kinderbetreuung. Der Sportraum ist genügend ausgestattet, der Aufenthaltsraum hat einen Tischkicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Hier könnten gerne mehr stehen, weil diese sehr gefragt sind. Es gibt Tiefgaragenplätze für 90zl die Nacht. Man kann aber auch draußen mit Parkticket stehen.

Im Ganzen ein schönes Apartment mit einem Meerblick, strandnah. Allerdings für diesen Preis sind unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt worden. Eine Küchenzeile ist nicht zugänglich und mit einem Aufschrift "Privat" gekennzeichnet. Für ein Apartment ein "no go". Zum Teil sind die Einrichtungsgegenstände optisch sehr abgenutzt. Die Matratzen sind äusserts schlecht und unbequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet für Personen, die kein anderes Fleisch als Geflügel essen, gänzlich ungeeignet. Der Geflügel-Aufschnitt bestand nur aus einer Sorte und befand sich auf einem Teller vermischt mit einem Aufschnitt aus Schweinefleisch.

Keine 5 Sterne verdient. Schlechte Zimmerreinigung, Betten wie in einer Jugendherberge, Matratzen durchgelegen, rutschen ständig auseinander. Fenster sehr schwergängig, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, sehr rutschige Fliesen im Bad. Essen....2 Sterne. Fahrradverleih zu teuer für die klapprigen Fahrräder. Werden nicht wiederkommen.

I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all.

Angesichts der 5 Sterne war es für polnische Verhältnisse ok. Das Frühstück war ausreichend nur gab es nicht jeden Tag frische Brötchen was ich bemängeln muss für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.Das Zimmer war schön aber halt nicht wirklich sauber habe vom Vorgänger noch Polaroid Foto gefunden in den Ecken war schon lange keiner mehr mit den Lappen durchgegangen. Der Spa Bereich ist für zwei Hotels zu klein.Der Massage Bereich war schön und die Behandlung waren echt klasse. Das Abendessen in Buffetform war nicht wirklich einladend dafür aber das Restaurant es war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich.Kurz zusammengefasst würde ich dem Hotel höchstens nur 4 Sterne geben mit Augenzu. Parkplätze sollte man schon beim Zimmer buchen sonst gibt es keine obwohl wir jeden Tag gefragt hatten daher eher nur 3 Sterne. Die Lage ist Top aber viele andere Hotels in der Gegend liegen auch unmittelbar am Meer.

Hotel Zimmer war nicht schön. Flecken auf dem Teppich und am Kopfende vom Bett. Kaputte Deckenbeleuchtung/Gardinen/ Balkonfenster. Silberfische im Bad. Zweimal musste das Waschbecken repariert werden. Einmal weil es verstopft war und am nächsten Tag weil es dann undicht war. Massage hat sich nicht wirklich gelohnt. Und bei der Rezeption muss man Glück haben auf wen man trifft. Man hat schnell das Gefühl, dass die Probleme nicht ernst genommen werden. Hatten das "Deluxe Zimmer" gebucht.. Zum Schluss was positives. Hotel steht wirklich am Strand und die Sauna ist ok. Empfehlen würden wir es nicht.

Hotells beskrivning stämmer inte med verkligheten

Vi var besvikna att vårt standardrum med havsutsikt hade inget havsutsikt utan utsikt mot parkering. Vi fick kräva att byta rum och fick slutligen ett rum med balkong mot havet. Hotellet ser slitet ut: gammal, trasiga möbler på rummet. Inga toalettartiklar fick vi heller bortser en dusch mössa. Sängen var för hård så vi fick ont i kroppen. Städning var sent på dagen vid kl 16 när man vill vila innan middag. Vid städningen togs soppor inte bort, slutligen hade vi samlat skräp under tre dagar på rummet. Det var också för lite personal på restaurangen vid frukost där man nästan fick själv polka bort disken. Internet var ok de flesta timmarna.

Es sind wohl 5 polnische Sterne

Das Zimmer ist sehr futuristisch. Kein Sessel aber eine ungemütliche Couch Auf dem Balkon 2 klapprige Stühle aber kein Tisch. Der Speisesaal ist sehr eng bestuhlt. Um an seinen Platz zu kommen müssen andere Gäste aufstehen. Der sehr kleine innenpool läd nicht zum Baden ein. Überbevölkert mit Kinder. Das Frühstück durchschnittlich nix besonderes. Eben so das Buffet am Abend.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt an der polnischen Ostsee

Als wir zu Pfingsten im Hotel ankamen, war die Rezeption a) mit Gästen überfüllt und b) das Personal überfordert, da zu wenig. Wir wurden erst wieder weg geschickt, da wir statt 15 Uhr um 14.15 Uhr einchecken wollten. Unser Zimmer war NICHT im Ultra Marine, sondern im Hauptteil des Hotels. Als wir uns dann um 16 Uhr noch einmal an die überfüllte Rezeption anstellen und nochmals einchecken mussten, war das Zimmer NOCH NICHT FERTIG gereinigt! Es fehlten außerdem Handtücher und Bademäntel. Das Zimmer hatte NICHT WIE BEREITS BEZAHLT einen Balkon und auch nicht WIE BEREITS BEZAHLT Meerblick!!! Der Rechnungsbetrag wurde SOFORT ABGEBUCHT und NICHT WIE IM INTERNET AUSGESCHRIEBEN im Hotel. Das Rezeptionspersonal konnte uns NICHT WEITERHELFEN! ZIMMER IM ULTRA-MARINE GAB ES NICHT! Man VERTRÖSTETE uns auf den nächsten Tag. Das Geld war bereits weg, genau wie unsere Urlaubslaune! Man gab uns Gutscheine für Kaffee und Kuchen sowie für einen Drink an der Bar aus und damit war die Sache für die erledigt! Wir kamen ins Gespräch mit Gästen, die ebenso enttäuscht waren und wie wir abgefertigt wurden. Im Café des Hotels saßen viele Gäste, die mit Gutscheinen 'bezahlten'! Für uns hat sich die polnische Ostsee als Urlaubsziel erledigt, genau wie das Buchen über diese website.

If this is a 5* I can't imagine what a 4* would be

1-At the reception desk nobody could speak English. 2-The lift is reached after an 11 steps stair. 3-The room has not enough curtains. And it's the shortest night in the year... At 4.30 am we could easily read in the room without turning any light on. 4-there was a constant fan noise all night long. And the ac was off. 5-the breakfast room is as crowded as a train station at rush hour

Leider hat das Hotel seine Sterne nicht verteidigt. Das Zimmer war gut gelegen, aber auf dem Balkon befand sich keine sitzmöglichkeit. Das Bad war zwar augenscheinlich sauber aber an der Waschbeckenarmatur haben sich unansehnliche Ränder gebildet. Die Glasscheiben der Zimmertrennwand waren zwar geputzt, aber mann sah wie groß die Putzkollonenmitarbeiter sind, denn im oberen Bereich wurde längere Zeit nicht geputzt. Das Frühstück war volle Selbsbedienung, incl. Gedeck und Kaffe selber holen. Die Warmhaltekanne stand in einer Kaffeelache, und das an zwei Tagen. Für den Sommer ein gutes Familienhotel für Ostseeurlauber, die nicht auf die Sternezahl pochen.
