You will not be disappointed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, an amazing selection at breakfast and dinner. Wish we stayed longer to try more of the food available. Five star experience at dinner from all the staff. Stunning surroundings within the complex. We were lucky enough to be surprised with being upgraded to one of the best villas. Never experienced this before and wondered what the catch was, but no catch. We really appreciated this wonderful gesture! We are already planning on returning, when we were there, a few other people were returning guests, which speaks volumes. "Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Location I recently had the pleasure of staying here for two separate reservations, and my experience, particularly during the second stay, was absolutely outstanding. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable—not just like a guest, but like good friends. It is clear that they genuinely care about your well-being and are consistently polite. A special mention must go to Katerina. Her problem-solving skills and people skills are excellent, and she handled every detail with grace and efficiency. She is clearly a great leader and role model for the rest of the team, setting a high standard for hospitality. To top it all off, the food is great. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and high-quality stay!"

"Staff fab. Room lovely. Loved balcony. Breakfast good. Could have done with extra toilet paper, they didnt add an extra roll when cleaning. Shower slightly grubby looking but was actually a fabolously powerfull shower. Maybe just needs a paint."

"Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. "
