It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. While the room was compact—as is common in Tokyo—it had everything we needed and was thoughtfully designed. Despite being located on a fairly busy street, it was impressively quiet; we barely heard any traffic or noise from neighboring rooms. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to bus and subway stations, and two convenience stores just a short walk away.

"Loved our stay at the Art Hotel Narita. The staff was lovely and the restaurants were delicious, especially Soh. Loved the onsen and the grounds surrounding the property. Family friendly and quiet. We can’t wait to return."

"It is a good airport hotel with free shuttle to and from airport. Dining option is limited as there is no other restaurants around, dinner buffet is the only thing they offer, for JYP6000 is a bit too expensive for the choice of food they provide"
