"名古屋駅近くにあり、駐車場もすぐ近くにあるので利便性は良い。清潔感はある。 5人まで泊まれるので家族で宿泊したが、基本2人用の設備でイスが足りない、タオルは質が悪い。キッチンの充実や洗濯機まで揃っているのがムダな気がする。おしゃれな作りだが実用性に欠けていた。最悪なのが上の階の足音が響いて、子連れらしく飛んだり走ったりされ、クレーム対応も不十分なため、早朝から騒音で眠れず不快な旅行になった。子どものマナーのみでなく、防音設備の不良だと思う。あの金額ならホテル泊にすれば良かった。"

"This was one of my favorite hotels while visiting Japan. The building is close by to the nearest station but a good enough distance away that you don’t get a crowd of people walking by. The lobby was very clean and staff were always nearby for assistance. The hallways were spacious and the room was kept clean throughout our stay. My favorite part of the room was the beautiful view we had of the city. My only complaint would be that the WiFi was pretty slow but other than that everything else was amazing!"
