"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. "Beautiful hotel. Our room which was well appointed and very clean. Unfortunately it faced the atrium which is basically facing rooms across a small garden. Most friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast cook to order included. Lovely grounds plenty of loungers by the beach. I personally loved the indoor pool which is also open to the outside so it doesn’t feel enclosed and stuffy. Gentlemen in the gift shop lent us his charger not asking our room number or name. We were very grateful for his kindness."
