"Leider sehr enttäuscht!Jungs, Ihr seid sehr nett gewesen, aber so macht man keine Geschäfte!„Bedauerlicherweise sind wir sehr enttäuscht! In der Beschreibung wurde nicht erwähnt, dass es sich um einen Halbkeller handelt, wo man nicht mal Fenster gescheit aufmachen kann. Außerdem gibt es kein separates Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, sondern nur einen großen Raum, der mit einem Vorhang geteilt ist.Die Unterkunft ist keinesfalls für 4 Personen geeignet: Das Sofa, das angeblich für 2 Personen gedacht...

"Pros: Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön. Alles war gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und ansprechend, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Altstadt in Konstanz kann zu Fuß sehr schnell erreicht werden. Ruhige Lage nahe dem See. Cons: Das Doppelbett war für meine Bedürfnisse zu hart, das Ausklappbett dagegen i.O. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne."

"Lovely, clean, and comfortable, perfect for two people. Well appointed apartment. Excellent location. We enjoyed the garden also. Check-in process was a bit confusing as this was our first time to visit the area and we did not know that we were expected to arrive at the listed check-in time. Host was very accommodating in calling us and setting up an alternate way to check in. Apartment lists a washer but we could not find one. We would suggest including a guide/sheet in the apartment...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liebevoll saniert, gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber! Für den Aufstieg in den fünften Stock würde man mit Dachterrasse und dem Blick über Konstanz belohnt. Parken konnte man kostenlos etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt.Die Stadt und Umgebung lohnen auf jeden Fall eine Reise und für alle in der Familie war etwas dabei.Die Vermieterin Frau Korell war super freundlich und hilfsbereit!Kläre Empfehlung!"

Der Blick auf den Rhein ist nur eingeschränkt möglich – man muss sich auf der Terrasse über das Geländer lehnen, um ihn zu sehen. Ansonsten schaut man direkt auf die Hauswand oder in die Fenster der Nachbarwohnungen – und umgekehrt.Die Betten sind stark durchgelegen, das Bettzeug ist zerschlissen und wirkt wie aus den 1970er Jahren.
