Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier. Der Preis war höher und der Zustand des Hotels schlechter. Kleine Dinge wie zerbrochene Spiegel der geklebt wurde. Ein Riss im Bild der ebenfalls mit Klebeband geflickt. Die Farbe an den Wänden teils abgeblättert etc. Unser Aufenthalt war immer noch völlig in Ordnung. Es fällt einfach auf.

We were three people, and the third bed was improvised. The price of the hotel was higher compared to my previous stays. This is the only hotel I do not recommend. I am very upset and disappointed. The staff was very polite, but the overall feeling is one of deception.

The hotel’s location is very central for the shopping area and the lake, however it didn’t feel part of a noisy location. The room was comfortable, we were a family of four using the sofa bed. The beds were comfortable, but the room did get pretty warm and the fan provided didn’t make much difference. We parked in the nearby underground car park which was 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was fine. A choice of cereals, bread and meats/cheeses. The dining area felt a pleasant space.

Tarif excessif qui plus est pour une chambre avec une seule petite fenêtre mansardée. Claustrophobe s'abstenir. Une fois la chambre libérée vous devez partir avec vos bagages et l'hôtel ne propose aucune toilette commune.

Schönes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt 300m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Zimmer waren sauber das Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter alle samt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen.

I had to leave at 5.30 am in the morning, and therefore I would have missed out on breakfast. Without me having any expectations I was brought a packed lunch to my room the night before my leave.I really appreciated this kindness very much. Also, O received a’Bodensee West ‘ travel card that entitled me to free bus and train travel within the allocated area within the time if my stay at the hotel. It was a great offer! I want to thank the hotel for their excellent service!
