Really good stay: nice room and good location (next to the bus stop Neuwerk). The hotel also provides the Bodensee Gastekarte, which can be used for public transportation. Only issue was with a dirty towel, but hotel staff was able to give me another one.

Mixed Opinion

Overall one night stop over stay was good. Hotel is clean and modern with a grocery store convenient located in front. However good signage would help as we just come off a huge roundabout and there are so many structures blocking the view of the hotel from the road that one is not sure where to enter to reach the hotel. Also, we had problem using the keypass to get from our level to the lobby. Our friend managed to get from her floor to the lobby and asked for help. Receptionist kept insisting for us to just push the button. Receptionist was closed to impolite to my friend. Another receptionist came to our floor to help. We then realised that we were using our key pass for the service lift. This is where the problem when there was no indication that it is a service lift. When we just checked in, we cannot be expected to remember to turn left or right when exiting our room. We felt bad that we had used our key pass on the wrong elevator but it would help if the first receptionist was more helpful and a good sign be out on the service life to say its not meant for guests.

Nice hotel. Our room was large (two sleeping areas that could be divided). The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but not great. Definitely worth it.

Parking was limited around the property and the front desk kept telling me it was ok to park in the lots nearby even though signage said you couldn't. My room had one tiny pillow and I really had to push the front desk to get another. The bathroom door automatically shut making it always swampy . The AC almost never turned on and the fan couldn't be operated separately from the AC.

Zimmer waren sauber. Frühstücksauswahl war an sich gut. Allerdings wurden Tische während der Frühstückszeit nicht so wirklich abgeräumt oder abgewischt. Deshalb sah es, wenn man etwas später kam, leider nicht so einladend aus. Außenbereich ganz nett zum Sitzen. Lage ist gut, man kann zur Rheinpromenade laufen wo man eine Vielzahl an Einkehrmöglichkeiten hat. In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht aber hat alles gepasst. Tiefgarage — zwar kostenpflichtig, gutes Frühstück, Bushaltestelle gleich in der Nähe (Tickets gibt’s kostenlos) und geräumiges Zimmer. Gerne wieder.

Zimmer waren klein und es gab kaum ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch das Bad war winzig. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, Safe, geschlossenen Kleiderschrank (nur eine Art Garderobe) Ein großes Lob, alles war sehr sauber. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und vielfältig. Preis Leistung stimmt für das Hotel allerdings nicht Zuzüglich zum schon recht sportlichen Preis kam vor Ort noch Kurtaxe und Tiefgaragengebühr dazu. Parken über Nacht ohne Gebühr war leider in der Gegend nicht möglich.
