Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Zimmer sauber, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, obwohl nicht nötig. Frühstück ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Busverbindung hervorragend. Fahrkarte kostenlos vom Hotel erhalten. Die Hotelbar war nicht optimal, längere Wartezeit .Name des Hotels anders als in der Buchung.

Uns hat nettes Personal erwartet beim einchecken, das ging schnell und ohne Probleme. Unser Zimmer war zwar klein aber sehr sauber und für uns vollkommen ausreichend, wollten ja eh nur in dem Zimmer schlafen. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße und daher hört man in den Zimmern den Verkehr, für Leute die sowas gewohnt sind aber kein Problem. Das Hotel ist etwas ab vom schuss aber vor der Tür ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle von wo aus man gemütlich mit den Bus bis zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt kommt. Das angegebene Parkhaus haben wir nicht benutzt, da es uns zu teuer war. In der Nähe ist ein günstigeres oder man versucht ob man in den Seitenstraßen einen Parkplatz bekommt, hat auch gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Allerdings waren die letzten Tage, die wir da waren, die Brötchen sehr hart und trocken. Dafür war das Brot sehr lecker, zudem gab es verschiedene Säfte, zum Kaffee kann ich nichts sagen, da ich keinen trinke. Grade an unserem letzten morgen (Sonntag) war sehr viel los beim Frühstück aber trotzdem gab es genug Tische. Die Lobby war sehr gemütlich und man könnte auch dort verweilen, was trinken und kleine Snacks genießen. Das Auschecken ging auch super schnell und ohne Probleme. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.
2 zusammengeschobene Betten mit bequemen Matratzen, 2 Nachttischen und Steckdosen.
Schöne große Fenster mit gut verdunkelnden Gardinen.
Geräumiges sauberes Badezimmer mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche.

Durchreise für eine Nacht mit Familie (3 Personen). Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. 16min Fahrzeit bis ins Zentrum. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit besteht im Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel. Kostet 16 Euro pro Nacht. Hinweis: 2min entfernt haben wir ein ähnliches Parkhaus für 10 Euro pro Nacht gesehen (Eventuell interessant für langzeit Aufenthalte). Insgesamt tolles, sehr neues Hotel. Absolute Empfelung. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass das Hotel an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt. Sehr laut auch in der Nacht.

Dit is één van de beste hotels waar ik ooit ben geweest. Het straalt netheid en elegantie uit, de kamers en de bedden zijn geweldig (ik wilde eigenlijk niet meer terug naar mijn eigen bed). Er zijn fijne algemene ruimtes met een mooi dakterras. De auto die kan je in de naastgelegen straten gewoon gratis en veilig parkeren. Bij aankomst kregen wij een gratis ov-kaart waarmee we de hele week de omgeving hebben kunnen afreizen, het mooiste is dat er een bushalte voor de deur zit.

Für uns eine praktische Unterkunft, von der aus man die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht. Das Frühstück bietet für alle etwas, selbst für meinen Bedarf an glutenfreien Lebensmittel war gesorgt. Wir waren zeitig beim Frühstück und hatten keine Probleme einen Platz zu bekommen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Pluspunkt: Zimmer sind recht neu und sauber. Negativ: Personal wenig gastorientiert, stark unterbesetzt (Check-In und Bar parallel ist schwer möglich), viele Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter verstehen kein Deutsch, daher waren viele Kommunikationen sehr behäbig. Frühstücksraum unpraktisch (Gäste stehen sich aufgrund der Organisation des Raumes im Weg). Bei uns wurde zudem die Zimmerreinigung vergessen und bei einer anderen Reinigung die Pfandflaschen mitgenommen. Generell war das Erlebnis mit dem Personal also eher schwierig. Positiv zu erwähnen: Eine Barmitarbeiterin der Spätschicht (trug Zöpfe) war total nett und hat uns lieb und freundlich umsorgt. Dennoch: Wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly.
