Aristofanis was very helpful with transport as the property is rural and we didn’t have our own vehicle. If you want to explore, hiring transport is definitely required. "Nice hotel - very clean, really pleasant staff, always said hello and were more than willing to help. Breakfast was great - a lot of choice and really nice food. Quiet location which is what we wanted but perhaps a bit too out of the way - there were only a couple of restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. This wasn’t too much of a problem as we were only there for 5 nights (went into Corfu town twice) but I think staying here any longer we would have found it a bit too out of the way for us. The beach area was disappointing - no one used it at all while we were there. It isn’t actually a proper beach - there were no waves so it’s more like a bay. So if you are after a beach side hotel I wouldn’t recommend this. However for a short break it was ideal for us and we had an enjoyable time."
