"My trip was absolutely amazing! I was with my family and we all had such a lovely time. The hotel was spotless. The rooms were fantastic. Our rooms were upgraded on arrival and since then the service was top notch. The staff were ever so friendly. Personal thank you to the cleaning team, they never failed to impressive us with their room cleaning every day. Personal thank you to the kitchen team. The food was great. We are vegetarian and do not eat egg but we had so many options every day. The staff in the kitchen were friendly and amazing. Our personal favourite was Ismail. Super friendly and helpful. Lovely smile and very sweet. The bar staff created an amazing environment. Superb skills with drinks. The entertainment team really created a fun and lively environment every night!
