The rooms are very very very dated and the photos on website does not reflect the actual state due to clever photography. I booked 3 rooms for buinsness and one of the rooms was not cleaned. It was changed for another room but that room did not have hot water. Reception was locked when we got back and you only could get the tea and coffee for the room from reception. The kettle in one of the rooms did not work very well and I had to fiddle with it to make it work. After a long day of travelling this was not what me and my colleagues expected. I hope this feedback helps the property improve its quality.

Venligt og imødekommende personale. God morgenmadsbuffet. Gåafstand til togstation, hvor vi tog toget til Trier. Dejligt at kunne lave kaffe på værelset.

Pas la meilleure option mais peut dépanner

La chambre au prix le plus bas est assez grande et bien équipée. Mais elle est bruyante et on entend vraiment beaucoup les voisins, parler ou tousser. Le lit n'est pas très confortable non plus mais cela va encore. Par contre, la salle de bain était vraiment sale, tant la douche que les WC. Le petit-déjeuner est assez basique mais pour le prix, raisonnable. Le parking est bien et gratuit.

Good place to stay

Very good place to stay. Large room, clean, and with some nice thoughtful details (pillows of various thickness available if you don't like the standard ones, etc.). Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

4 jours sur les bords de la Moselle

Très bon accueil , 1 chambre dans l'ancien bätiment , donnant sur rue très bruyante, sommeil impossible les 2 premières nuits!! déménagement dans l'aile plus récente sur cour : presqu'au calme. Propreté en ch. assez moyenne , mobilier quelconque , linge qqf douteux...Petit déj. assez varié , service un peu débordé...donc séjour moyen dans l'ensemble.

Door een fout in het bookingssysteem werd het hotel al voor de volgende dag gereserveerd i.p.v. de juiste datum 2 maanden later. We kregen de belofte dat - als we voor de juiste datum opnieuw zouden reserveren - er geen kosten aangerekend zouden worden. We geven de datum door. We vernemen enige tijd later dat in een weekend enkel voor 2 dagen kan gereserveerd worden. We annuleren het vorige hotel, boeken Mühlenthaler voor 2 nachten (2 kamers!). Als dit afgerond is krijgen we een mail dat ze alsnog de 80 % van de kosten verhalen omdat dit zo ook beschreven staat in de annuleringsvoorwaarden en wij kijken er naar uit u te verwelkomen. Uiteraard heb ik de nieuwe boeking onmiddellijk geannuleerd. Een belofte niet nakomen is geen vretrouwen waard!

Man bör undvika att bo högst upp i hotellet när det är högsommar. Alldeles för varmt för ett sovrum. Receptionen stängde redan 21.00 varpå det är svårt att få service.

Fantastic Breakfast!

This hotel is a jewel of a find! They do some extra touches that are above the norm! Then the Breakfast best all, I think they had everything you could think of and then more! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Trier

Goodnight location and value for money.

Cheapest hotel in that area, very nice too. Lovely garden and fountain. Few good restaurants nearby. Next to Luxembourg for a nice day out.

Gemütliches Hotel mit Retro - Charakter

Der Aufenthalt war gut und erholsam. Ich war 7 Stunden auf der Autobahn und konnte mir zur Entspannung einen Kaffee im Hotel selbst zubereiten, weil ich dort eine gute Kaffee - Pad Maschine mit verschiedenen Kaffee - und Teesorten nebst Zutaten für eine gute Tasse Kaffee vorfand. Außerdem gab es eine große Flasche Wasser gratis. Eine schöne Geste. Ich bin im Auftrag des Tierschutzes unterwegs und muss in Zukunft öfter nach Trier. Wohnen werde ich aber stets in Konz und in diesem Hotel. Schön fand ich auch den Retro - Charakter des Bades. Einfach niedlich. Danke auch dem Zimmerservice, das Zimmer war tipp topp, sobald ich vom Frühstück zurück kam...welches übrigens reichhaltig und gut war. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl.
