"We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. The short drive to the park is beautiful. Do be aware that the larger bathroom is downstairs while the three bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a little steep. Our group was fine as the younger members used the downstairs one and older members used the one upstairs. The history of the house is provided and fascinating. We have traveled quite a bit and this is one of the best rentals we’ve found."

"We loved the property. It was quiet and clean. The furnishings and decor were reminiscent of Grandma’s home. The beds are all King size and comfortable. There is a large screen television and very comfortable sectional on which to enjoy a family movie night. We were able to walk to the grocery story and breakfast place. We were there to visit Capitol Reef. This property is about 25 miles from the park but it is a scenic drive. We can’t wait to visit again."

"Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. Other than that, It was a great experience and the house was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. I wanted to thank you JT and his wife for hosting our group of six. It was a great experience especially it was snowing in May and we woke up with a great Mountain View."

"Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. No complaints here. Thank you!"
