"The property manager never sent an email the day before our stay to tell us how to get into the property,I ended up calling her for that information.The property was dirty inside.All the dishes we used had to washed due to grease and residue on them.We only had 2 towels in our unit which had other peoples hair on them,The window in our unit would not close.The bathroom sink was very small."

"This was a great space for a quick overnight stop. It wasn't far from Richfield for dinner. I think it would be a wonderful space for a longer stay for visiting the sites around Monroe/Richfield and areas beyond. I was sad to not see the nice dogs mentioned in another review but there was an adorable fluffy bunny we caught site of. :)"

"All sixteen of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Koosh Cabins. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor facilities great. We made a lot of s’mores over campfires. We played horseshoes. We lounged on the deck. We enjoyed family gossip in the two living rooms. We never had time for either games or movies. Here is a direct quote from one of us: “One of my top five perfect trips! "We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. The short drive to the park is beautiful. Do be aware that the larger bathroom is downstairs while the three bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a little steep. Our group was fine as the younger members used the downstairs one and older members used the one upstairs. The history of the house is provided and fascinating. We have traveled quite a bit and this is one of the best rentals we’ve found."
