"This property didnât have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasnât having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....
