Similar quality to hotels I've been to in the Caribbean. Staff friendly and efficient, range of food good, room clean. Grounds well-kept, pools were cleaned daily it seemed (too cold to go swimming unfortunately). Difference was extra security (appreciated). Only problem encountered was that the large lobby area was extremely noisy all through the day and night due to absence of soundproofing in the ceiling. Plenty of parking for rental car.

From our reception at the desk with cold drinks to our checkout the staff went above and beyond to help and meet any desires we had.
