"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

"الإقامة جيدة ، مستوي الافطار والعشاء متوسط ، معظم آلات الترفيه عاطلة ، المسبح الداخلي يفتح لمدة ثلاث ساعات فقط حسب قول موظفي الفندق ، الخزنة في الغرفة بمقابل رغم عدم الإشارة الي ذلك عند الحجز علي الموقع ، الماء في المطعم بمقابل "
