"A very friendly owner, a very clean property. A little hard to figure out how to get to it, as isn't on a main road. To access the property you have to go down many stairs. The owner did provde us with a parking spot! It's around 20 to 25 minutes walk from the old city. Our had a smal fridge, however there no utensils or pla"

"The owners are very responsive to any of your questions. They are able to get you a transport to the airport if you'd like. They were very friendly. This is a quiet location with about a 5-minute minute walk to the beach. Just a great location with good people!"

"ORA Luxury Rooms was great and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, especially for travelers taking bus from the main station! The hotel manager Luka was very kind and helpful. He helped us with luggages, suggestions on restaurants, etc, and he even gave us a souvenir, and that was very sweet. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The location was also great as we needed to take a bus from the main bus station right across the street. Thank you, Luka!"

"Beautiful place with. Friendly host. Kiwis growing on the balcony, grape vines, beautifully kept gardens. Spacious room with comfortable bed and yea and coffee making facilities as well as plates and bowls, tea towels, towels, washing up liquid. Beautiful view from the balcony and clean pool. "
