"Very nice, modern, clean impressive place with a great deck. Walking to nice beaches and a cute old town area. The family that owns/runs the place is delightful. The mother gave us delicious figs from her garden! This is likely the best option in this area. Our only issue was there is only one AC unit for the place so the rear private bedroom gets no AC. It was incredibly hot during our stay so this was not comfortable. We ended up sleeping in the living room and loft area only. Otherwise a...

"Great place to stay if you have a family and the property manager was very helpful and professional. I recommend this place which is close to the beach as well."

"The view was adorable. The communication was okay, we missed some information about the button to get warm water to shower. Also WiFi connection was not that good The accomodation had everything we needed. Not that big, but that was good. Bibinje has some bars and restaurants but not that much. It's quiet. When there are guest in the upper apartments it's noisy.
There was a little bit of dirt under the sofa.
Parking lot in the neigbourhood was always free."

"The property is very peaceful, being nicely off the beaten track – and was easy to find. It had everything we needed, and the host and her family made us feel very welcome – from local brandy and pancakes as welcome gifts to popcorn on another evening. A really lovely place to stay near some great days out."

"Perfect location for beach lovers! The place was tidy and had all the essentials, Just a short walk to restaurants too, Only downside was the stairs to the second floor, but worth it for the view!"

"The entire experience of this hotel was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and exactly what we were expecting, the breakfast each morning was fresh with a wide selection, and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring Zadar.
It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to Old Town to explore but also a quick walk to the farmer's market and shopping at the Galleria.
This hotel is all around top notch, you will not disappointed staying here.
If you are driving, there is a lot more parking in the back of the hotel but it shares a lot with an adjacent apartment building. We had no issues finding a spot but be prepared to circle the block if you planned on parking in the front and have to go to the back. Not a big issue at all but just something to be ready for. "
"I like the location. For the price it was perfect to go on day excursións like Plitvice Lakes National Parks and Zadar Old Town then return to the hotel.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable bed. My bathroom was small and too tight space if or when sharing with someone but my friends room had a larger bathroom. I recommend the larger bathroom for two guests.
I enjoyed the pool in the afternoons.
I enjoyed talking to other guests in the lobby, lounge, and dining areas.
The hotel and restaurant staff were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable of the local attractions and restaurants.
I would like to say thanks to Marianne, Bo, Ivana, and Daniel."
"The hotel is ideally located to enjoy Zadar’s old Town. The staff was very helpful. The hotel breakfast however was terrible, skip it and eat elsewhere."
"One of our new favorite hotels in the whole world: Very clean, comfortable, great bed, quiet & located in the heart of old town -- easy walking to everywhere. Parking was right there and secure. Staff, including Marino, were genuinely helpful. Fabulous pastries, snacks and breakfast. We wish all hotels we stayed out were this wonderful, and we are kind of picky. A very good value for the money, too. "
"This was a very well run hotel with an amazing kids club with lots of children to do throughout the day. Going over Easter weekend we were particularly lucky with the activities as well including a mini petting zoo. The indoor pool was heated and was also extended outdoors, which was great for a swim in early season. The All Inclusive package was great, with plenty of variety of drinks and choice at the buffet, and all the food was delicious. The family rooms were also very spacious."
"The room on the 3rd floor has a low ceiling, making it feel small. It is also facing a busy road junction thus there is some traffic noise when windows are opened. Breakfast is good with cooked to order eggs. Service from the reception staff is good. Overall okay for a 1 night stay. "
"This place has the feel almost of a motel, though it's in a neighborhood and isn't very big. Nice and quiet, though not convenient for getting to much. The parking was free (rare in our Croatian traveling) and easy to access. Check in and out were both quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and someone cleaned even though we were only there two nights. The swimming pool looked nice enough, though we did not use it."
