One point that I did not see mentioned when I booked the place was all the stairs and no lift. At my age and health that would have been nice to beforehand."

After I paid I received an email stating I could not park on site nor could I use the barbecue. After we arrived late in the evening, I realized there was no kitchen and no washing machine.
