Cozy apartment in Korswandt at the Wolgastsee

The 70m² apartment in the 1. First floor of Villa Petra welcomes you.

Stylish furniture, spacious rooms and a beautiful lake view will inspire you. In the living area with dining area you can recover from everyday life. On the balcony you can enjoy a picturesque view of the Wolgastsee in the morning sun. A fully equipped kitchen offers cooking facilities for those who do not just want to eat out. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-deep shower and in the spacious bedroom is also a travel cot enough space. For additional bedding is a comfortable extra bed with a one-time fee of € 25.00. A second south-facing balcony invites you for breakfast and promises fantastic evening hours. For the colder seasons, fire up the brick fireplace in the living room and warm yourself in front of the flickering fire. Firewood is in the bicycle shed. In the living area there is the possibility of an extra bed on the sofa bed for a 3. Person.

A free parking space to the apartment is located in front of the villa. The house is located on the corner to the entrance of the Wolgastsee and the highway into the imperial baths.

 Located in Korswandt, a quiet village in the hinterland of Usedom, Villa Petra is only 40 meters away from Lake Wolgast.

Built in 2012, the house offers 4 large, stylish apartments with fireplace, terrace or balcony and Wi-Fi. The apartments with sizes of 50 m2 and 70 m2 each invite up to 3 people to spend their holidays there. A free parking space to each apartment is located directly in front of the house. A bicycle shed is also available to our guests. Villa Petra is a perfect holiday home for a family with children. A holiday with a dog is possible.

Korswandt, surrounded by beautiful beech forests, invites both to be active and to relax. The Wolgastsee offers several recreational opportunities, such as pedal boats, rowboats, fishing, cycling and hiking. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach Ahlbeck is about 3 kilometers. In the seaside resort are also good shopping.
