Empty old white room. Dirty walls, dirty curtains, dirty chairs. Not comfortable door to the shower. Spa - nothing special and the stove you have to sit on doesn't heat up and remains cold. Only one socket in the bedside area. On their page written that you can take a bath and enjoy the view. No, you can’t, tulle transparent and everything visible from outside. This room was designed by famous Belgian singer, but I think it could be good invite designer and make this space more useful. Everything in a hotel was nice, but room absolutely not. Don’t cost this money at all.

Room was not ready by the time I arrived, check in was supposed to be at 2pm, room was only ready 2:45pm. Spa and indoor pool was closed, only open from Thursday onwards, this was to advertized this way. All in all, dissapointing stay.

This hotel is excellent with the exception of a few in room things. No hairdryer in the room, although you can obtain one from reception to borrow. No water is in the rooms for guests. This can be purchased from the self service bar.

Excellent, but read the small print

This is a great hotel, but read the small print. The Spa is not free (Euro 25) and it doesn't have an indoor "swimming" pool. It has indoor jacuzzi / relax pool about 4 sq.m and a (summer only) outdoor pool. The Spa isn't open every day (Thurs to Sat I think). The Spa is excellent and worth it, but it's not free. There is no restaurant (b-fast yes). Choice of restaurants in the area is poor. I would encourage the owners to consider a restaurant for diners. The rooms are super-modern and in-line with the modern architecture (v. impressive), but if you're sharing with a colleague or loved one, beware, the toilet is not sufficiently enclosed for one's privacy! Could do with a few more plugs around the beds. Desk is small. Comfortable, quiet and stylish. Definitely relaxing, which I rate highly. Good WiFi. Very nice and welcoming staff. All in all, I did enjoy this hotel and would stay again.

Laatste stop op weg naar huis!

Na een reis door Frankrijk, hadden we een laatste stop in Kortrijk. Dit hotel ligt iets buiten het centrum. De kamer was gelukkig vroeg beschikbaar. Kamer ruim en comfortabel. Met 10 minuten rijden in centrum. Zo weer op de snelweg. Prima!

Erg kil hotel. Alles beton receptie was een hoog beton blok we konden de receptioniste niet eens zien .erg onvriendelijk we hadden een 2 persoons bed aangegeven maar pas bij het inchecken waren eralleen 2 enkele bedden . Door de zwarte gang naar onze kamer leek wel een crematorium. 0,0 sfeer. De Kamer was erg kil geen stop contacten naast het bed. E wc stond in een kleine nis zonder deur. Erg ongemakkelijk voor de andere persoon die zag hoorde en rook alles. Verroeste wc borstel viesafval bakje als je douchde was de hele badkamer vloer zeik nat. De hand douche paste niet eens in de houder. Niet eens een waterkoker voor koffie of thee op de kamer. Of een flesje water. Alles heel onpersoonlijk. Smerige gordijnen. Nadat we savonds met tegenzin terug kwamen in het kille hotel waren de 2 glazen die we hadden gebruikt niet afgewassen. En de vloer was niet schoon. We hebben geen ontbijt genomen omdat alles al tegen viel zijn we aan de overkant bij een bakker heerlijke koeken gehaald en koffie . Bij het uitchecken werd er niet eens gevraagd hoe ons verblijf de afgelopen 2 dagen was . Ze wist dus al dat het heel slecht was. Nooit meer en zeker geen aanrader.

À FUIR ABSOLUMENT

Expérience inadmissible – à fuir absolument. 1. Annonce mensongère : L’annonce indiquait 4 chambres avec lits doubles. À notre arrivée, une seule chambre avait un lit ; les trois autres étaient vides ou non conformes. Aucune excuse de l’hôtel et réceptionniste très désagréable 2. Hygiène déplorable : Il y avait des traces d’excréments dans les toilettes et les draps étaient tachés de marques marron suspectes. Après avoir demandé le passage d’une femme de ménage, personne n’est venu. Lorsque j’ai apporté le drap à la réception, l’hôtesse m’a répondu : « Peut-être que c’est vous qui avez sali les draps. » — aucune excuse, aucune solution. 3. Comportement inacceptable du personnel : Plutôt que de chercher à résoudre les problèmes, la réceptionniste, visiblement agacée, m’a dit que je n’aurais jamais dû louer ici et que si je n’étais pas contente, je pouvais partir et qu’ils annuleraient la réservation. En clair, ils ont tenté de me mettre à la porte. 4. Accusations mensongères et humiliation : Le lendemain matin, ils nous accusent à tort d’avoir fait du tapage nocturne et harcelé les autres clients — des allégations totalement fausses. Ils ont même appelé la police pour nous faire partir, ce qui était complètement surréaliste. Je tiens à préciser que nous somme une famille : les grands parents avec 2 enfant En résumé : manque total de professionnalisme, conditions d’hébergement scandaleuses, et personnel malhonnête. Ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs. À éviter absolument.

Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster zum öffnen und die Klimaanlage läuft sehr laut. Frühstück und Sauna sind sehr teuer.

J'avais réservé une suite (bien plus chère qu'une chambre sans accès spa inclus ) comprenant l'accès au spa inclus . Quand nous avons voulons y accéder on nous a répondu que le spa été accessible que le jeudi vendredi et samedi . notre séjour étant du lundi au mercredi nous avons payer plus cher pour rien . La chambre n'a pas été fait de tout notre séjour .

Séjour à LILLE

La chambre était très bien avec une grande baie vitrée. Je vous conseil le 1er étage côté ouest pour le coucher du soleil exceptionnel. Par contre déçu pour les points suivants : la piscine est en extérieur et accessible qu'aux mois de juillet et août. L'espace Piscine intérieur et spa sont payants et juste ouvert du jeudi au dimanche. Les appareils de sports sont au top mais faire du sport face un un mur de béton pas motivant! Le prix du PDJ est trop chère 25,00€ par personne! et en plus la taxe de séjour est de 7,50€ par personne! parce que l'hôtel est considéré comme éco responsable. Je pense que ce devrai être l'inverse, faire payer plus chère lorsque l'établissement n'est pas ou peu éco responsable. En Belgique aussi on marche sur la tête! Sinon l'endroit est atypique. Je pense que la prestation n'est pas au niveau de l'établissement.

Hôtel moderne mais froid. Le tout en dalle de béton ce n’est pas cocooning. La propreté des chambres et les finitions laissent à désirer (tâches sur la moquette ainsi que sur les rideaux et les murs.) ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Si vous aimez le côté naturisme, allez-y! Il faut se baigner nu dans la balneo les vêtements y sont interdits ! Pour le prix d’une suite je m’attendais à autre chose. Seul point positif : la grande baignoire dans la suite.

One night stay in d-hotel Kortrijk

Overall I enjoyed our stay, the room is big, bright and had a great open shower, there are a lot of parking places onsite. I didn't like that you can't use SPA facilities in a swimming suit, so I couldn't use it and it was paid upfront.

Very bad hotel - the boss is unfriendly

One my worse night in a hotel ever. The boss is totally unfriendly. He tried to steal us during the checkout. He was asking 5,90€ for the tourist tax instead of 3,72€ as described in the booking confirmation. When I told him it was not correct, he insulted me. I was chocked. I travel a lot but never had such a behaviour by the boss of a hotel. Additionally, the room was not proper. there was a lot of dust on the walls. It smelled very strongly of cigarettes in the hallway and room. It is not possible to open the windows for ventilation. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and did so much noise. No door or separation for the toilets: not very romantic if you are 2... the toilet was clogged and nothing to unclog ... really disgusting! We didn’t sleep good. For breakfast, there were cereals which were already on the buffet the day before and were therefore unfit for consumption for sure during Covid... I strongly recommend TO NOT BOOK this hotel which does not have the quality of a 4 stars. I will also file a complaint for the boss's behavior which is totally unacceptable. All my colleagues are informed and will never come back there.

Hotel propre et confortable. A savoir que le port du maillot de bain est interdit dans la piscine et le SPA. Il faut se baigner nu........du coup nous n avons pas pu profiter de la piscine.... Le bar est en self service..... il faut se servir soit même et noter sur une feuille ce que l'on consomme.....

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Très belle hôtel qui a un vrai cachet. Des chambres épuré et design... En revanche, l'intimité dans les toilettes n'est pas un luxe dont on peut se passer. Il faut une porte pour ne pas gêner son ou sa partenaire... Enfin, un petit rafraîchissement du matériel de sport ou dans la chambre serait judicieux.
