"Family stay for the weekend.Property is in need of a deep clean, example; spider webs in all rooms, fridge still had crumbs & food in it, dirty under the sink where bin is located, what appears to be pet hair on furniture and mats.It felt like the owner did a rush pack and moved out 5min before we arrived.Overall once property has had the cleaning it needs, this would be a great place to stay."

"Check in was very easy but we had a problem with our billing invoice that was unresolved by the time we left. We changed the dates of our stay and feel we were charged for six nights rather than five. Host was unable to resolve the issue.House was spacious with a lovely sitting room in the back. The yard was unkept and outdoorfurniture was too dirty to sit on. The inside of the house could have been cleaner. The beds were not comfortable and the bedrooms were small. "Hard surface floors not clean enough, some stove controls defective, towels & sheets - new, but not washed. New fridge with packing tape still on shelves. Yard awful. Exterior areas dirty."
