"Decent room, but basic. Elevator was a bit small. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Best thing is location. Very close to Plaka, Monastraki."

"Had a really nice stay at Ermass. Staff were lovely and helpful. Knocked a point off due to the lift breaking like 4 times during out stay. Lovely room and amenities though."

"This is a great hotel in easy walking distance of the Acropolis, Excellent restaurant on top of the hotel with GREAT views of the Acropolis. Be sure to make reservations in advance for the restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel"

"The location was perfect. The service from the staff was amazing. The breakfast was so delicious. My room with balcony and view of acropolis was stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and cannot wait to return."

"Everything was good, however, the room we were in, on the second floor had a view, through the available window, of the plumbing of the hotel with nothing else being visible. Shame. We asked for another room with some sort of view but we were told that none were available. As the rooms are charged at the same rate, no matter where they are, I feel we were disadvantaged in that room. There was also no shuttle to the airport."
