We had an excellent stay at Esperides. George is a wonderful host who happily shared his local knowledge and ensured we felt safe and happy. We were able to self cater using the nearby grocery stay as well as go to some delicious restaurants nearby. My only suggestion would be to provide some extra kitchenware like small saucepans and storage containers. Thanks George for a great stay.

Great stay.

Had a great stay at Esperides. Excellent communication from George as we had a late arrival which was no issue. George and staff super friendly and knowledgeable. Apartment was great, very clean, AC was excellent and great balcony for drying beachwear and towels. Fridge was ideal too and kept water very cold. Location was great, short walk to the waterfront, the harbour and to busses if going out further. Pool and loungers were great too.

We were at Esperides for 22 nights. It is a wonderful place, very clean, pleasant and very helpful owner and staff, pool is very good, all dishes and kitchen appliances worked well. There was even a Melitta coffee maker! Within walking distance of Kos Town and local beaches, restaurants, bakery and shopping. We enjoyed out stay!!

Fint hotel i fredeligt kvarter.

Servicen var i top. Rigtig flink og hjælpsom ejer. Fredeligt hotel med ingen larm. Værelset var mørkt. Ingen udsigt til vand. Dog var hotellet tæt på Kos centrum. Ca. 10 minutters gang. Ok pool.

week on Kos

Me and my son had a holiday on Kos in Esperides Appartments. Very good location, quiet place, Very kind staff. Room with kitchen was very clean and comfortable. Esperides appartments was exactely what we're looking for. We'll back there again.

Mysigt hotell för de som inte är ute efter festand

Litet men trevligt hotell! Passar perfekt om man ska till kos och inte festa vilket vi skulle göra. Man var tvungen att vara väldigt tyst, hotellet ligger också en bit från bargatan samt stranden där alla ungdomar hänger.

Vi boede i en studiolejlighed på Esperides, hvor vi havde en dejlig uge i Kos By. Vi ankom meget tidligt om morgenen, og hotelejeren var så flink at komme og lukke os ind, så vi kunne stille vores bagage. Derudover var han behjælpelig med at fortælle lidt om byen, og hvor vi kunne gå hen og få en kop kaffe og noget morgenmad. Det var dejligt, at kunne få gode råd og spørge om informationer om byen og øen fra en lokalkendt. Under vores ophold oplevede vi nogle gange en del uro uden for, da der også var grupper af unge mennesker, som boede på hotellet. Det var ofte når de tog i byen eller kom hjem, der kunne være larm. Selve lejligheden var i ok stand, men det dejligste var altanen. Her var vi heldig at have udsigt over poolen samt et lille kig til det bagvedliggende bjerg. Alt i alt er Esperides et godt valg, hvis man gerne vil være tæt på byen, men ikke har lyst til at bo ved siden af bylivet.

Leilighetene var midt i blinken for 4 voksne og 4 ungdommer. Rolig beliggenhet, billig, enkelt men rent og pent, lite basseng i bakhagen og 5-10 minutters gange til stranden. Og ikke minst en liten bar hvor man kunne få kjøpt drikke. Ikke frokostservering, noe som passet oss bra da vi foretrakk å spise en rask frokost i leiligheten. Et veldig trivelig opphold. Kan anbefales.

Ottimo hotel per tranquillità e disponibilità

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La proprietà è molto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze personali di ogni cliente. E' ubicato in posizione molto felice, vicino al mare, al centro e al porticciolo di Kos, raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è una eccellente panetteria/ pasticceria /gelateria e altri supermercati ben riforniti. Le camere sono ampie, luminose, dotate di terrazzino e arredate di quanto necessario.

Rolig, koselig, nær strand og sentrum

Enestående personale. Fleksible og hjelpsomme. Og godt renhold. Firepersonsleilighetene har to soverom, ett med to separate enkeltsenger, og ett der sengene står inntil hverandre. Det er gode madrasser og aircondition på hvert rom. Badet har hånddusj. Ikke noe luksus akkurat, men rent og lyst. På kjøkkenet er det kjøleskap og utstyr for enkel matlaging, men det er mange hyggelige spisesteder kun få minutters gange unna, så vi brukte det kun til frokost. Bakeren og et velutstyrt minimarked ligger et minutts gange unna. NB! Det er ikke døgnbetjent resepsjon, så om du har ukurant ankomsttid (etter midnatt, eller grytidlig på morgenen) bør du ringe hotellet i forkant.

We will recommend Esperides to all we know

We went to Esperides in july/august 2011 and we love the place. Really nice athmosphere and a very spacious nice apartment. We went as af family with to girls aged 7 and 9 and it was perfect, but there were plenty young people as well. The neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to center. The pool isn't large but big enough and the surroundigs ofter both sun and shade. Both the owners and the cleaningstaff are lovely and helpfull and contribute to a wonderfull stay. You really feel at home. There is a great bakery on the same street and a supermarket on the next street, cool if you want to make some of your meals in the apartment kitchen, wich is sufficiently equipt.
