Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Since it was early in the season (May 15 - 22nd), not everything was open yet, which is understandable but something to keep in mind. I wasn’t too keen on the buffet setup, as you have to get your own food and drinks, which meant our family didn’t always get to eat together and the food was often cold, no matter how early you get there. That said, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Street food at pool was nice. Pool area lovely. Pools freezing at first, but once you’re in, it’s fine! Hotel close to beach and good that a small town is just a short 15-minute walk away - we went to use the ATM and one night for a meal for a change of scenery. Mini disco was the highlight for our four year old.

Staff and cleanliness were amazing. Property was remote however there was a bus into Kos. Would recommend hiring a car to get around. Food was ok. Very windy and pool closest to the beach would benefit from some protection such as glass panels.

The overall stay was very good and we had a good time. Our cabin was not really up to date and the photos submitted a different feeling. It was okay but pretty simple and useful. We could not use the closet because it was only stuff for hanging things. We really liked how the whole area was designed and that they planted vegetables all around.

Stood 4 one night. Air conditioning very noisy. Rooms are small, but enough space for ants and spiders. Bathroom rottened. Room smelled. But the worst thing was the “food”. Breakfast horrible. Lunch was not eatable. I do not understand how people could stay longer than 1 night. Should not forget to mention that the rooms are very noisy and the cleaning woman in the morning are really loud. Even with a do not disturb sign up they knock at your door until u open and than they say: oh sorry.

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie, zwei Erwachsene zwei Kinder sechs und sieben Jahre. Unser Zimmer war super es war aufgeteilt in zwei Räumen und zwei Bäder. Es gab also einen Kinder und ein Erwachsenenbereich alles klimatisiert mit Kühlschrank. Unser Zimmer war so zentral, dass wir sowohl zum Meer zum Pool und zum Main Restaurant Kurze Wege hatten. Der Kinderclub war auch nicht weit unsere Kinder hatten aber keine Interesse daran. Viele deutsche sind hier immer reichlich essen und Trinken. Das Essen ist variabel, nicht immer das gleiche. wir hatten uns für vier Tage ein Auto gemietet und haben die Gegend erkundet. Waren bei den heißen Quellen und haben die Innenstadt von Koss besucht. all in All war die Woche hervorragend. Wir würden tatsächlich wiederkommen. die Mitarbeiter hier sind sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. ich habe eine Glutenunverträglichkeit selbst da wurde immer eine Möglichkeit geschaffen alternatives Brot oder Kuchen zu bekommen.

Die Anlage ist wunderbar, leider gab es jetzt im Juli 2025 zu viele Familien mit Kindern. Auch die Freizeitangebote waren überlaufen mit Familien. Leider keine oder wenige Angebote für Einzelpersonen oder Paare ohne Kinder. Selbst der "quiet pool" war voll mit Kinder. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Verpflegung war sehr üppig, es war von allem etwas dabei. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war der ganze Müll, der z.B. an der Beachbar durch Ausgabe von Pappbechern etc. entstanden ist. Reusable Geschirr wäre super.

Inoltre i bungalow sono molto graziosi e giusti negli spazi tenendo conto che si sta in stanza solo per lavarsi e dormire. Di negativo la struttura non ha la possibilità di garantire la tranquillità di avere un lettino libero in piscina, vero del fatto che siamo stati sfortunati e trovato probabilmente una settimana molto ventosa dove avendo un bimbo di 5 anni il mare essendo molto mosso era non usufruibile cosa immagino pensata dalle molte famiglie con bimbi presenti iniltre la piscina adibita per i bimbi è abbastanza piccola. I piatti al ristorante per un problema al servizio della lavastoviglie , al dire del manager di sala , erano sempre macchiati e sporchi nella parte inferiore. I bungalow come dicevo sono anche bellini ma il bagno ha una vasca anni 60 con una tendina molto fastidiosa e non al livello della struttura per non parlare della schiuma che può fuori uscire dal tombino di scarico in mezzo al bagno. Il Resort non può garantire in caso di mancata possibilità di offrire late check out per ragioni di disponibilità nemmeno una doccia per poter permettere agli ospiti che ne hanno bisogno di rinfrescarsi prima della partenza.
