Chambre très spacieuse avec coin cuisine, propre et bien équipée. Petit coin terrasse. Pas de wifi dans la chambre. Buffet petit déjeuner correct. Hôtel un peu a l'écart de la ville, ce qui permet d'être au calme mais voiture utile pour aller en ville.

Mammis beach

Area is nice but owner is arrogant and not friendly. That stay is only for people who want to be really quiet and not expecting nothing special. Is plenty hotels in same price lot better than this one. Less than half rooms with sea view. Anyway I felt confused when owner shouting on own staff and they looks always scare. Soon as boss gone straight away you can see smile on their faces.

Hotel accattivante ma la realtà......

Dopo 5 gg non avevo ancora la camera pulita in maniera accettabile e gli asciugamani non erano mai stati cambiati. L'acqua in bagno è salata. La spiaggia ha i lettini rotti e senza cuscini e il camminamento per entrare in mare è dissestato. La cena è improponibile, cibo surgelato propinato come fresco e il famoso barbecue con carne dura. La moglie è gentile e disponibile. Se avete problemi rivolgetevi a lei che per quello che può si dà da fare.l'hotel non è a 0,2 km dal porto ma a 2,5 Km dalla fine del porto e con una strada buia da percorrere a piedi.

Appena tornati.... Abbiamo scelto questo albergo per la sua posizione, fuori dal centro e fronte mare. La gestione è familiare, con Giorgio, il titolare, che supervisiona ogni cosa. I servizi in generale sono appena sufficienti, comunque merita le due stelle e 1/2 anche se dichiara 3+

Struttura ben curata dal proprietario. Molto disponibile e cordiale. Molto carino il BBQ del lunedì. La posizione dal centro non è molta ma necessita di spostamento con un mezzo. Errata la posizione fornita da Hotels.com. La struttura non si trova assolutamente al centro. Molto da migliorare la pulizia delle stanze. La signora passa ogni giorno ma non fa praticamente nulla. Cambio asciugamani mai fatto in 9 giorni.

Hotel in posizione tranquilla, fronte mare.

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel e devo dire di essermi trovato bene, titolari cordiali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Ovviamente bisogna sempre ricordarsi che siamo in Grecia e gli standars sono diversi dai nostri, però il mio giudizio è positivo.

L albergo in bella posizione,a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ma nella completa tranquillità. Si affaccia su un mare meraviglioso! !Renata dolcissima..il.padrone lunatico!punti a sfavore colazione un po misera e aria condizionata a pagamento

Bella posizione sul mare, ma scarsa pulizia

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel settembre 2015 , viaggiato in coppia , esteticamente è molto bello , con camere che affacciano sulla piscina centrale e vista mare , la colazione è ottima, un po' monotona ma molto buona . Ma ecco il tasto dolente:LA COMODITÀ! Materasso più duro di un sasso, il quale ci ha causato mal di schiena continuo, il cuscino INESISTENTE . In più in 12 giorni che abbiamo soggiornato là non è mai stata passata la scopa e lavato il bagno!Gli asciugamani non li cambiano a meno che non li lasci per terra. Mentre per quanto riguarda il personale i proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto cordiali. Consiglio questo hotel per la posizione e la cordialità ma non per la comodità e la pulizia !

Strandnah, etwas abgeschieden, herrenlose Katzen

Hübsches Hotel mit sauberen Pool und super Meeresblick. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich ein kleiner Standstrandabschnitt mit kostenlosen Liegen und Schirm. Jedoch ist das Meer geprägt von großen Steinplatten, die zu rutschig zu Fuß sind. D.h. entweder benutzt man Schuhe zum ins Meer gelangen oder man fährt über 1km zum entfernten Traumstrand. Das Meer ist ganz klar und ohne Algen, einfach traumhaft! Das Zimmer ist einfach und sauber. Man kann für 35€ pro Woche eine Klimaanlage dazu buchen, sonst werden die Nächte richtig heiß (im Sep 35 Grad am Tag). Für Mücken ist es ein Paradis. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist übersichtlich, aber gut. Man sollte früh dort sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Da das Hotel sehr abgeschieden ist, war der Tipp mit einem Quad einen Tagesausflug zu planen der beste Urlaubstag! Die Insel ist traumhaft schön, Gebirge, Canyons, Steppe, Wälder... Fast überall ist man allein. Aber ACHTUNG: überall sind herrenlose Katzen mit Babys. Allein im Hotel sind ca 15 erwachsene Katzen und 5 Babykatzen und 3 frisch geschlüpfte Kätzchen an der Grundstücksgrenze (manche Babys auch nur mit einem Auge). Wer sehr tierlieb ist, sollte von Kos fernbleiben oder viel Katzennahrung dort kaufen...

Bellissima esperienza al Mammis Beach!

L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale: da un lato la campagna e dall’altro il mare. È a 20 min a piedi dalla città di Kardamena ma vicino all’hotel c’è il Motor Rent per affittare scooter o macchine per girare tutta l'isola. La struttura è tenuta bene e la piscina viene pulita tutte le mattine. Le camere sono ok ma essendo in campagna ci sono gli insetti (prima di andare a dormire facevamo un giro di ricognizione per uccidere eventuali ragnetti). Tutto sommato le camere sono pulite ma gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 2/3 giorni. La colazione è intercontinentale ed abbastanza varia: diversi tipi di pane (volendo da tostare), una torta, yogurt greco fresco, miele, nutella, uova e salsicce, prosciutto formaggio verdure, frutta, aranciata e macchinetta del caffè e bevande calde. Il titolare George è un vero personaggio e il Lunedì sera organizza il BBQ con ottima carne cucinata da lui. La nostra vacanza al Mammis beach è stato un vero successo e l'isola di Kos è veramente favolosa!

Ruhig gelegen, perfekter Erholungsurlaub

Kleine gemütliche Hotelanlage. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles ist sehr sauber, wird täglich kontrolliert und gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Frühstück ist inklusive und wurde individuell zubereitet, da in der Woche nur wenige Gäste da waren. Eigentümer sind deutsch-/englischsprachig sowie griechisch. Bis zum Ort sind es ca. 2 km, wer Spaziergänge mag oder sich Fahrrad/Roller/Auto mietet, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber rundet das Wohlfühlfeeling perfekt ab.
