"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. "There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. Also it appeared that there is communication between the office and the person who is responsible for the check out procedure. The guy arrived at 9am even I said 3 times that I want to...

"This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach."
