From sharing excellent local tips (food spots, hidden gems, and must-see sights), to simply checking in to make sure I was doing okay, they genuinely cared. A perfect example: I forgot my phone charger and mentioned it in passing — Betim immediately offered me one of his own, no hesitation. A wide car might struggle to get through the archway into the internal car park but there seems to be plenty in the area. Would we stay there again? Definitely."
