"Spacious hotel with delightful restaurant and terrace at the edge of a golf course. Rooms were a good size with good sized bathroom. Food was excellent, great breakfast selection. Interesting dinner menu if a little short of choices. All the meals I had were good. Good bar and selection of beers. All round a great place to stay with friendly staff. Bolt/Uber accessible into town. "

"The shower system needs work. The main shower head wouldn't turn on, so only the detachable shower head could be used, but as soon as you introduced any sort of water pressure, the showerhead would quickly rise out of its cradle and immediately spray outward, which, due to the shower design, caused the water to spray across the bathroom, hitting the bathroom door and making a giant mess on the bathroom floor. Also for the money spent, suite of rooms should've had 2 actual beds, not a regular bed plus a sofa bed. My husband and I were traveling with our 21 year old daughter, and she has hip problems that's she's about to have surgery for, so we had to change our sleeping arrangements to accommodate her. We didn't eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner because we were opposed to them serving foie gras, and the fare was a bit too fancy for our picky eaters, but we had some good breakfast experiences at this hotel."

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people.
