방음이 거의 안되는지 새벽에도 비행기 소리가 너무 시끄러웠고, 실외기실은 허허벌판에 지저분하고 물떨어지는 소리가 밤새 들려서 신경쓰였음. 위치는 이마고몰 바로 앞이고, 광장이 넓고 깨끗함

Terrible experience, not worthy to stay.

Terrible hotel. Very noisy because the pump engine just located over head. Cannot sleep at all. No hanger, no bottle water (drinking water need take it from common area), weak phone signal.

Nice hotel with good spot for shopping

Nice hotel. Easy acess to imago and city centre. Room was good for the price with nice size spave. Quite comffy. Outside entrance to the room and direct acess with parking elavator make it easy without run onto the reception area. Just one but, parking overnight quite a price. Mybe next time hotel could do something about it.tq

This hotel is good and staff is very friendly and can get the food near bye. The staff is very helpful to get taxi for us and to airport is very near and in future I will stay there and introduced my friend also.

Not an enjoyable experience but some positives.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had requested a non smoking room however we did not get this. The room smelt very badly of smoke and was very run down - we did not like this hotel. We decided to spend as much time out of the hotel as possible. Although the bathroom was run down and mouldy the power in the shower was the best we have had in Borneo. The room was generally clean and the staff helpful. We would not stay here again.

Location was good which is near shopping malls and restaurants there. As for the room was old and slightly dirty, burned wall socket not replaced and also clogged drainage. Overall was ok.
