"Homestay is spacious and provides items such as utensils, toiletries etc. Check-in was slightly troublesome since it has to be done at a hotel 5-mins drive away. Toilets were slightly dirty when we arrived (checked in at 9pm), with the floor being super wet, toilet unflushed and bathroom mat having coloured spots. Overall the stay was decent for the price, but it would be great if the cleanliness was better-maintained."

"Inconvenient when taking the lift going up and down, it usually took a long time to get in the lift. Only 2 lift operated 2were broken down, each lift take up to 8 persons the most and each time taken 5 min up and down. All the time the lift jam because too many people waiting for the lift 🙁"

"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "

"Nice hotel with nice room. Really like the microwave in the room as well as plates and cutleries. Room is spacious and hotel is near CIQ and mall, but you need to jaywalk there unless you take the hotel shuttle bus. Overall nice place for a short getaway. Thank you! "

Good location and cleanliness

"Brought my parents for a short getaway. Love the environment, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staffs except for an incident where my mum asked the reception for directions and was told to open her maps and follow the GPS which I find it rude. As elderly parents, she asked as she was not sure but only to get that kind of response. Other than that, the stay was good."

"The stalls were nice and helpful. The helped us load our luggage and provided extra table for our room as I requested. They kept our stuff left in the room after our check out so we could retrieve it two days after checking out. The rooms are quiet. "
