Arrived to the hotel just after midnight, hoped to get some beverages and maybe light snacks from the lounge. There was barely anything left in the fridges. Returned the next morning for coffee, breakfast, which is advertised as being available in the lounge. The coffee machine wasn’t working, no staff in sight, crumbs on the counters, absolutely nothing in any of the fridges. I mentioned this to the staff in the lobby and was told that I can return at 5 for high tea. Obviously, extra $ for executive lounge access was a complete waste. "
