Mr. Yasin constantly checked in with a sincere smile… never out of duty, always from the heart. You could feel Mr. Gökhan’s thoughtful leadership in every detail. One small moment said everything… when our daughter didn’t eat much breakfast, a special cheese plate arrived at our door without us asking. That kindness meant more than words. Miss Zeynep’s daily visits brought both spotless cleanliness and a bright, uplifting energy… her smile truly changed the room. Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. "I am writing this to offer a serious counter-perspective to the positive reviews here. While the location in the Old Town is central, do not assume this guarantees a professional or comfortable experience. Our stay was defined by unprovoked aggression from the host and a lack of basic utilities. 1. Unacceptable Host Conduct: The property’s reputation relies on 'host helpfulness,' but our experience was the opposite. Upon arrival, we encountered a jammed main door—a significant access and safety concern. When I called the host ('D') to resolve this, instead of assistance, I was yelled at and berated over the phone. Being shouted at by a proprietor while stranded at check-in is professionally inexcusable. It set a distressing tone for the entire trip. 2. Micromanagement of Utilities: Do not expect a comfortable long shower here. Hot water availability was severely limited. What makes this worse is the host’s controlling attitude toward the amenities; we were explicitly instructed not to touch the water heating geyser and forced to leave it on 'Eco mode.' You are effectively paying for a cold shower so the host can save a few cents on electricity. 3. Non-Functional WiFi: If you need to work, check emails, or plan your itinerary, look elsewhere. The WiFi signal was dismal and practically unusable throughout our stay. In 2025, reliable internet is a basic requirement, not a luxury. The issue was thick stone walls but surely there are WiFi boosters out there ?"

"We were lucky enough to spend 10 days at this beautiful apartment. It's in a modern building, which is well maintained and comes with an allocated parking space. The apartment is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. The apartment is very well equipped, so self-catering is easy, if that's your thing. The location is ideal, as you are out of the hustle and traffic noise of Kotor, yet it's only a 20 minute level stroll around the bay to get into Kotor old town. Possibly it's best asset is the spacious front balcony at the front, which offers stunning views across the bay to the old town, as well as down the bay, towards Perast, so we spent a great deal of time there in the evenings, watching the boats come and go. There is also a separate side balcony, which means you have somewhere to dry washing, without it cluttering up the main balcony. We did get to meet our hosts, as they followed us in, after we had moved on to Perast. They are lovely people, and the comms, from the moment we booked to when we left were excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, as it really did tick all our boxes (including value-for-money), hence the 5* review."

"Nice property in Kotor. The owner was great and communicated well. Old Town was about 15 minute walk from the apartment. Beds were very firm. We ate at the nearby Galion Restaurant twice. Highly recommend going there if you stay here."
