"Kleine Unterkunft mit persönlichem Kontakt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und die Snackbar ab Nachmittag ein absoluter Gamechanger! Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ansonsten super ruhige Lage mit Parkplätzen am Hotel. Die Hotelzimmer waren ebenfalls spitzenmäßig; für einen längeren Aufenthalt gibt es nur wenig Stauraum. "We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"We had a lovely stay in this accommodation! The check-in was super fast and the receptionist was extremely friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. The accommodation is just a short walk (2 mins) from the lake. There was an option for breakfast however we had other plans. Next time we will definitely take this offer. Parking there was very easy and free! (We parked at peak summer times and there were still free spots.) We would definitely choose to go here again and recommend it to our friends and family."

"The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again."
